1. Agreement

By using www.kmfurnila.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version.

2. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you are buying on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their authorization.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order — and will refund you in full if payment was taken — if the item is out of stock, the price or description was listed in error, we cannot ship to your address, or we are unable to verify payment.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is due when the order is placed. Prices can change without notice, but never after your order is confirmed.

Promotions. Where we run a discount, the terms of that offer apply. We may cancel and refund an order where a promotion was applied in error or where the same item was purchased in quantities that clearly exceed ordinary personal use.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. Our full shipping terms are on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return most items within thirty days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the condition requirements on the Shipping & Returns page. We issue refunds within two business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

7. Warranty

Every product carries a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This is in addition to, not instead of, your rights under applicable consumer law. The warranty terms are on the Shipping & Returns page.

8. Product information and ratings

We work to keep dimensions, materials and specifications accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is error-free. Product images are representative; screens vary in color rendering.

Ratings and review counts shown on product pages are sourced from Amazon for the corresponding item, not from customers of this store. They are labelled as such wherever they appear. Any review you leave on this site is your own and is the only review that represents our customers’ experience with us.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to: post unlawful or defamatory content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; scrape or extract data at a rate that degrades service for others; use automated tools to place orders; or interfere with the site’s operation.

10. Intellectual property

The design of this site, its text, its layouts, its code, its product photography and the KMFURNILA name and marks belong to us or to our licensors. You may view the site and place orders for personal use. You may not reproduce, resell or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

11. Third-party links

We link to other sites, including Amazon, for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, except where such limitation is prohibited by law — in particular, nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection statutes.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Severability and governing law

If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here removes any right or remedy you have under the consumer law of your state of residence.
