Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

KMFURNILA (“we”, “us”) operates www.kmfurnila.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. If you have a question about it, email maxzhumi@Outlook.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and any phone number you provide. If you contact support we keep the contents of that message and our reply.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the transaction — amount, currency, card brand, and the last four digits — but we never see or store full card numbers or security codes.

Account information. If you create a My Account profile we store your email address, encrypted password hash, order history and saved addresses. We never store your password itself.

Technical data. Our server logs record IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs are kept for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies. We set cookies required for the site to work — keeping your cart, your session, and your login. These are strictly necessary cookies and are not used for advertising.

3. What we do with it

We use your information for four things: to take payment and fulfill your order; to communicate with you about that order; to answer your support requests; and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We use order history to spot fraud patterns and to improve which products we stock.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who else sees it

We share only what is necessary, and only with parties that need it to complete your order:

• Payment processor — to authorize and capture payment.
• Shipping carrier — your name, address, and phone number, so the package can be delivered.
• Our warehouse and fulfillment partners — to pick, pack and hand off your order.
• Professional advisors and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, for example a tax authority.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years, because tax law requires it. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Account data is retained until you delete the account or it has been inactive for three years. Server logs are rotated after ninety days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• See what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your data
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Request a portable copy of your data

To exercise any of these, email maxzhumi@Outlook.com. We will verify your identity and respond within thirty days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

You may also file a complaint with your state attorney general or, if you are in the EU or UK, with your local data protection authority.

7. Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to fulfill orders and provide support. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not treat your data carelessly.

9. Third-party services

Our pages may contain links to other sites, including Amazon. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and their policies govern any data you share with them. We also use privacy-conscious, self-hosted infrastructure — we do not embed third-party advertising or tracking networks.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email before the change takes effect.
